My Anti-Drug
As rare this might sound my anti drug is being with my pets. At the hardest moments they are always there, bringing a smile to my face. I have a dog named Louie Louie who encourages me to play with or simply lay down with him. While playing with my dogs my mood changed and makes me feel better, that is why I consider them my anti drug. For example, when I am feeling stressed out, I like to be alone at my room but my dogs always come with me though I would prefer being alone, they come and start relieving my stress. If my dogs do not help, I like to be on my phone. It may not be the best anti drug but it is well for me. At the lowest point I like going on Pinterest and looking up encouraging quotes things that will may make me feel better. Also using my phone I like to be on Youtube and watching videos I have interest in like Music Videos, Divergent Interviews and funny videos. My anti drugs may be rare but they work out for me by simply using my phone or being with my dogs. I know by these two anti drugs they will keep me out of trouble and keeping me safe.

What I learned from An Inconvenient Truth
The documentary film An Inconvenient Truth taught me much on pretty much Humans and Earth. It seemed to me that humans have affected Earth in an major way, most are people from the United States. It opened my eyes on how it's really being damaged and being completely changed. It showed me how the glaciers were before and how they are now. The glaciers have now melted, so they predict that in future years the water will rise. Although glaciers are melting does not mean we have more water, I learned that big river out in the world was decreased completely. For example. the Colorado River is not as great as it used to be before. Al Gore did a great presentation on this project he did, it got me to learn more on Earth's negatives sides. After 2000 by 2001 to 2005 is when Earth climate started changing completely by its temperatures dropping or even so increasing in the diffrent parts in the world.
