Welcome To My Nightmare

One night, a random night I had a nightmare that I was sleeping and something horrible happened to me. I am scared to get a tumor in my body or a sickness like cancer. In my nightmare, I woke up with a great pain in my ankle, a pain that I couldn't even move my leg. The pain in my ankle was big I tried to see what it was, I was able to see what it was. A big tumor! It was a big chunk of skin popping out of my ankle. In my nightmare when I saw the tumor I started to shout "MOM!" "DAD!" but their was no one, just me and the big tumor. Immediately I began to cry, I was crying like if one of my family members had died. The nightmare felt short but at the same time long but next thing you know after everything happened, for some reason I woke up in real life and was still crying. Now a days talking about it gives me the chills because that's a thing I am scared to get a tumor or cancer and in that nightmare I lived it and felt how horrible it was.
